Jim Ducker
Director of Stormwater Services
Jim joined Newkirk Environmental Inc. in 2017 as Director of Stormwater Services. His primary responsibilities with the firm include stormwater inspections, supervision of stormwater inspections, business management and development related to stormwater services, use and maintenance of eSWPPP. Jim is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer (SC) with eighteen years’ experience in all aspects of site identification; masterplan development; schematic design; proforma development; due diligence; regulatory approvals; construction document preparation; contract bid, negotiation and award processes; construction management and contract administration; budget development and management; and, project closeout.
In his spare time, Jim and his wife Terri can be found walking the dogs on the beach or on the sideline of a field or the edge of a pool cheering on the boys. Jim also enjoys coaching, boating, hunting, fishing and yes, even a good DIY project.
