Newkirk Environmental Inc. established Vandross Bay Mitigation Bank in 1992 as the first commercial mitigation bank in South Carolina. Since the mid 1990’s, we have obtained state and federal approvals, and constructed and operated seven commercial mitigation banks serving South Carolina and Georgia.
